Keeping It Simple

I am pretty new to being a mom and I know all about being over weight! So, I am going to share with you some easy fast tips on how to lose 10 pounds fast!

Now, in all honesty, I gained 80 pounds with my little girl, part of it being my fault, and the other part being that she was growing so fast and taking up so much of my energy! Needless to say, I could have went without eating so much... thinking that it was all going to go to her! Nope! Absolutely not... so next time, I will know better. Although I lost 30 pounds really easy after I had her, 50 of it was going to be up to me...

So, here I am, 10 pounds lighter than what I was when I got pregnant! I went ahead and lost an additional 10 pounds just to make myself feel better! Once you get into losing weight, working out, and making better meal choices, it becomes a habit and you are really busy with a baby, so those pounds just keep falling off anyways.

Okay, this is what I have practiced and it has worked everytime I needed to lose an additional 10 pounds... Here goes...

  1. No Sodas! None! -- Coke, Pepsi, even Sprite, do not drink sodas IF you are trying to lose weight.. I dropped the sodas and lost 3 pounds automatically.
  2. Exercise! You don't have to do it everyday, 2 or 3 times a week is good enough.. and you don't have to do a lot at one time. That is what people get so confused about. It's not about how much you do at one time, it is about consistency. Staying on track and making sure you keep it up. Every week, it doesn't matter what you do for that day, just do something at LEAST 3 times a week.
  3. Sugar. No sugar. (The bad kind you find in things like candy, but not fruit, I would recommend that you still eat fruit and drink juice)  at least if you are trying to lose weight. Sugar holds on to fat, let go of the sugar and the fat will go away. I did this and lost about 5 pounds right off the bat!
  4. Drink water! Water flushes out the "bad" fats in your body. Bet ya didn't know that did ya? It really is good for you, 2 or 3 bottles a day is good enough.
  5. Cut down on dairy products, (just make sure you are taking a daily multivitamin), and watch the fat fall off!

Okay, that should do it. Within a month I would say. Good luck! It's not that hard, I did it. Just make sure that you are still eating healthy and always keep in mind that you have to eat in order to lose weight, if not,  then you are going to put the weight right back on. You don't need supplements to lose weight, just persistance. If you mess up, don't beat yourself up too hard, just keep trying! Well, once again, good luck!

As a weight struggler for many years, childbirth was just a part of my battle. Recently I have found a all natural product that helps with portion control. Heather Hansen from America;s biggest looser, took this after having her baby and is now a spokes person. http://9200617.myo3world.com/ Take a quite look. It has helped me loose 40 lbs without really changing anything except the amount I eat.
